Scoobee Day Garments (India) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its equity shares will be closed for promoters, directors, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
